As most SheAesthetics products are customised or made-to-order, orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. In case your order is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or with any missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened package must be provided as proof of damage or missing/incorrect items. Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or another suitable solution at the discretion of SheAesthetics.
